All of our wines are personally selected by the family. We're confident you'll love them - so much so that if you don't, we'll replace or refund them.
We love talking to our customers about wine, even if it's about a bottle not to your taste. If you have any issues, or the wine is faulty please contact us.
The quickest and easiest way to order is online. You can search for wines using the search bar or by using the categories in the main menu.If you would like advice choosing your wines please get in touch today.

Payment & Refunds

We accept all major credit and debit cards via the secure online payment system. You can also pay using PayPal and Apple Pay.
Once a return has been accepted and a refund authorised, it is processed immediately to your original payment method. It can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
If you have a discount code, this can be redeemed on the checkout page.

Delivery can be made to any address in mainland England, Wales and Scotland. In rare circumstances where we cannot deliver to a particular address, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Our 'Standard Delivery' takes up to 3 working days, and is FREE on all orders over £80. Deliveries are made between 9am - 9pm, Monday - Friday.
'Standard Delivery' is FREE on all orders over £85. Under £85, the delivery charge is £7.99 nationwide. All 'PL Postcodes' qualify for our free delivery service for orders over £30. Please contact us for your local delivery discount code.
You will be notified by email when your delivery has been dispatched. If selecting our local delivery service covering all PL postcodes, this will be sent on the day of delivery, to receive a time estimate please call us on 01752 922 062, quoting your order number. For all other postcodes, you will receive an APC tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery here: APC Delivery Tracking
All of our orders are extremely well packaged using recycled and recyclable materials. In the rare occasion your order has been damaged during the journey to you, please let us know as soon as possible and we will fix this.
If you've not received your order within your selected delivery time frame, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
